What we collect

We collect the information you submit through invitation, waitlist, application, account, booking, and services forms. That may include your name, email, phone, role, company or project, location, application answers, agreement signature, booking brief, selected slot, IP address, user agent, and related operational records.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments, invoices, card updates, and subscription management are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

We use this information to review applications, operate gated Telegram access, process subscriptions and paid sessions, send transactional emails, schedule calendar events, prevent abuse, keep audit records, and support members.

Some onboarding Telegram messages may be AI-assisted using limited application context. These messages are for orientation and community support, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Processors

Current processors include Stripe, Telegram Bot API, Google Calendar/Meet, Railway or another Postgres host, Resend or the configured email provider, Cal.com for external one-on-one booking, Anthropic for AI-assisted onboarding, Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled, server-side Sentry error monitoring when configured, and Google Fonts. If analytics or marketing pixels are added later, this policy and the tracking notice will be updated first.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses HttpOnly cookies to remember a valid invite while you apply and to let the same browser view a booking confirmation after Stripe returns you to the site. Public waitlist and event request forms may load Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. No analytics or non-essential tracking tags were present at the time of this policy update.
