Refund and cancellation policy

Pro membership

Pro membership is available monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage your subscription from the Stripe billing portal linked from /account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we tell you otherwise in writing. First paid charges are refundable for 30 days, no questions asked. Email join@builderscreatebuilders.com if the portal does not cover your situation.

Paid assessments

Paid assessment bookings can be self-cancelled for a full refund until 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the cancellation link in the confirmation email. Inside 24 hours, email us and we will handle edge cases manually.

Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.

Member one-on-one calls

Member-rate one-on-one office-hours calls booked through Cal.com are single-session purchases, separate from Pro membership and paid assessments. You may cancel or reschedule for a full refund until 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the Cal.com booking controls or by emailing join@builderscreatebuilders.com.

Inside 24 hours, refunds and reschedules are handled manually. If Cal.com or its payment processor displays a more specific cancellation window at checkout, that checkout-specific notice controls for the booking.
